In general terms I define digital transformation as "the integration of digital technology into all parts of a business, resulting in fundamental changes in the way businesses operate and how they deliver value to customers”
In addition, it is a cultural change that requires organizations to constantly challenge the status quo. This sometimes means moving away from lengthy business processes on which companies are built in favor of new practices.
For me, a digital transformation is really successful when an organization succeeds in adapting its business model in function of current and future social and market trends.
