Hello, I am Kris Spruyt, founder of Kronsult or perhaps more recognizable as "Kris Spruyt Consulting" . You may know me from one of my previous work experiences or because you are part of my LinkedIn network. If I am new to you, I would like to introduce myself briefly.

I am a senior professional driven by strategy, innovation, technology, digital transformation and change management. Over the past 20 years I have built up a wealth of experience and knowledge in various domestic and international companies. I have always been active in management positions with responsibility for small and large teams & organizations, up to general management.

Today I’m putting this knowledge and expertise at the service of organizations and companies that want to become more effective, more productive, more innovative or more competitive, but especially want to arm themselves for the future.

I do this by combining all my experience and best practices with a pragmatic approach and a personal profile that is characterized by ®Insights as a "Creative Inspiring Mediator" that accommodates with all other profiles.
